Prequel & Co. Apothecary

“Guests enter in small groups through the apothecary shopfront before the bar room opens up behind it. Cocktails use house bitters, herbs and spices crushed to order in a mortar; start with the Champagne and Absinthe, made with basil, cucumber and celery. Book ahead on weekends.”
